No — as long as we have access to the area and (where needed) an outside tap, you don't need to be in. Many of our customers are at work while we clean. We'll send before-and-after photos when the job is done.

Yes. We carry £5m public liability insurance and full equipment cover, so you're completely protected. We're happy to share our policy on request.

Pricing depends on the size, surface type and condition. As a guide, most domestic driveways start from around £150 and most patios from around £120. Send us a photo and your postcode on WhatsApp and we'll quote a fixed price within hours.

Our minimum call-out is £100. Add-on extras (gutter clear, single garage path, etc.) start from £75 when booked alongside a main service — it works out much better value to combine jobs.

Most driveways take 2–4 hours, patios 1–3 hours, soft-wash roof cleans half a day, and gutter vacuum clears around 1–2 hours. We'll give you a clear time estimate with your quote.

Softwashing is a low-pressure cleaning method that uses an industry-approved biocide to kill algae, moss, lichen and gloeocapsa at the root. It's the only safe way to clean roofs, render, K-Rend and painted walls — high pressure on those surfaces causes damage.

No. We never high-pressure-wash a roof. Our soft-wash treatment is gentle on tiles, mortar and paint while killing moss and lichen completely. A professional soft wash typically keeps a roof clear for 3–5 years.

We use a carbon-fibre vacuum pole system that clears gutters from ground level — no ladders against your home, no walking on the roof. Every gutter is filmed before and after, so you can see exactly what we removed.

We can supply our own water for most jobs. For larger jobs we may ask to use an outside tap — we'll always agree this with you in advance. Power is always supplied by us.
